Every time you access the website, you can find information that is updated daily. This news, consisting of text, photos and video (and sometimes audio), is also registered in the Google news section. If you want to receive daily news on your computer, you have to click on the RSS subscription icon (upper right-hand section of the homepage). Remember that you can also view Gladys Palmera news on your mobile phone.
When you enter the news section, you will find a file search section. You can search the news item by date, title or key word.
In the Future Beats section, you will find the What's On section, where you can find out about all kinds of music-related events in Spain and the main cities around the world.
There are two simple ways to do this: One way is to go to the introduction of the news item and click send, then enter your email address, as the person sending the information, and that of the recipient. The second way is to go to the introduction of the news item and click the small green box. This option indexes the news item on your blog or social network.
This is a chart-topping hit parade made up of the 25 most important songs of the week. The albums in which these songs appear are displayed on the website's homepage, enabling you to find out more and to listen to them.
No, you will only be able to listen to 30 seconds of each song and they cannot be downloaded. The website will soon have a section where you can buy the songs you like.
Gladys Palmera's online shop, managed by the company Zona de Compras, can be accessed by clicking the yellow banner located in the right-hand column on the homepage. All Future Beats albums can be purchased. It will soon be possible to purchase songs individually.
Gladys Palmera TV, our video channel, is in the right-hand column of the homepage. The videos can be viewed at any time simply by clicking play. The remaining videos can be found in the section under the same name, and music clips are included in all the Future Beats albums.
Gladys Palmera has a podcast section located at the bottom of the homepage. Here, you can listen to clips from programmes, most of which are also available on other external spaces such as iTunes. This option also appears in the programme information.
All programmes have a sound archive where some broadcasted material is stored. This can be listened to by accessing the icon that accompanies each programme. The most popular programme of the month can also be heard in the same way.
No matter where you are on the website, you can always see the Live FM symbol in the top right-hand corner of the page. Click it to listen to the Live FM station.
They are specialised music channels that can be listened to with the website's general music player or by going to the corresponding section for the five available channels: Live FM (Gladys Palmera Broadcast Media's regular programming), Etnochic (modern alternative music), Cool&LatinJazz (traditional, vocal and fusion jazz), Latin Vintage (traditional Caribbean rhythms) and Salsa (the New York Latin genre par excellence). These channels can be heard randomly on the right-hand side of the homepage by clicking on their logos.
1. The computer that you
are using does not have a multimedia card and/or it is not configured.
Solution: Contact a technician
(the retailer or manufacturer if still under warranty) to install and/or repair
the card.
2. You have an earlier version of Windows Media Player
installed.
Solution: Install the latest version, which you can download from:

3. You are connected to a network
that prohibits access to multimedia content (this occurs in some companies,
where content is blocked to ensure network security).
Solution: Contact your network administrator and check
that you have permission to listen to streaming content on Windows Media
Player.
4. You are using a computer with an Apple Mac OS X
operating system.
Solution: Download the latest version of Flip4Mac for MAC OS X, which is a
QuickTime plug-in for MAC that enables users to play Windows Media files.

- QuickTime version 6.5 or higher

5. When
there is a lot of internet traffic, there are high levels of simultaneous
connections, which means that new visitors will not be able to listen to the
live signal at that moment.
Solution: Try to connect again or try later.
